Chubb Ireland Fire is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer based out of our Cork office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance, inspection, testing, fault finding, and minor corrective works on a range of life safety systems including Fire Alarm & Detection, Emergency Lighting, Gas Detection, and Disabled Refuge / Emergency Voice Communication systems. This role will cover Cork, Limerick and South Tipperary.

SALARY:  Upto €60K (DoE) + Oncall + Overtime

Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits in accordance with service schedules and contractual requirements.
• Inspect, test, service, and maintain: Fire Alarm & Detection systems, Emergency Lighting systems, Gas Detection systems and Disabled Refuge / Emergency Voice Communication systems.
• Diagnose faults efficiently and undertake first-fix repairs where possible.
• Identify non-compliances, equipment defects, end-of-life issues, and system performance concerns, and clearly communicate findings to the customer and internal teams.
• Produce accurate service documentation, test records, deficiency reports, and recommendations following each visit.
