The role is critical in ensuring accurate invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and timely reporting, while supporting global operations across EU and US time zones.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Invoice Processing<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage invoice entry and validation through web applications and country\u2011specific workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Vendor Management<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform vendor account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the first point of contact for vendor queries via the Help Desk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Reporting &amp; Compliance<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare periodic reports on Accounts Payable metrics and exceptions.<\/li>\n<li>Support audits and ensure adherence to SOX and internal compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Procure\u2011to\u2011Pay Knowledge<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate strong understanding of <b>PO\u2011based<\/b> and <b>Non\u2011PO\u2011based<\/b> invoice processing.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams to streamline processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Education<\/b>:\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate in Commerce or Finance.<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree preferred (MBA\/Finance or equivalent).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Experience<\/b>:\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <b>3\u20135 years<\/b> of prior experience in Accounts Payable or related finance functions.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to multinational environments and cross\u2011border workflows is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Work Schedule<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Shift timings aligned to EU or US time zones to support global operations.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to adapt to business needs and deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Why Join Us<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic, global finance environment.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to diverse processes and stakeholders across regions.<\/li>\n<li>Career growth potential with structured learning and development opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7056,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false},"country":[17],"class_list":["post-7055","job_posting","type-job_posting","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","country-india"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.5 -
