{"id":7866,"date":"2026-05-14T08:35:25","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T07:35:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/devcareers.chubbfs.com\/job-postings\/technicien-telemaintenance-h-f-jr40005079\/"},"modified":"2026-05-14T09:18:26","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T08:18:26","slug":"technicien-telemaintenance-h-f-jr40005079","status":"publish","type":"job_posting","link":"https:\/\/devcareers.chubbfs.com\/fr-fr\/job-postings\/technicien-telemaintenance-h-f-jr40005079\/","title":{"rendered":"Technicien t\u00e9l\u00e9maintenance H\/F \u2013 JR40005079"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nous recherchons pour notre si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Champagne au Mont d&#39;or, un(e) <b>technicien(cienne) de t\u00e9l\u00e9maintenance<\/b><br \/>dont l&#39;objectif est d&#39;assurer la maintenance des installations de nos clients \u00e0 distance<\/p>\n<p>.<br \/><u>Vos missions principales :<\/u><br \/>1\/ R\u00e9pondre aux appels de nos clients ayant une probl\u00e9matique technique :<br \/>-Guider le client dans l&#39;utilisation de son syst\u00e8me, se connecter aux \u00e9quipements de s\u00e9curit\u00e9,<br \/>-D\u00e9panner les installations des clients \u00e0 distance,<br \/>-Modifier les param\u00e9trages des installations \u00e0 distance<br \/>-Administrer les syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : changer les codes utilisateurs,<br \/>-Mettre en route le soir les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 distance \u00e9ventuellement en excluant les zones en d\u00e9faut<br \/>-Informer le client des anomalies et les remonte \u00e0 l&#39;agence par demande d&#39;intervention,<br \/>&#8211; Proposer de nouveaux produits et\/ou services, peut proposer des am\u00e9liorations du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>2\/ R\u00e9aliser les t\u00e9l\u00e9visites pr\u00e9vues au contrat de maintenance selon les proc\u00e9dures en vigueur,<\/p>\n<p>3\/ R\u00e9pondre aux appels des techniciens terrain :<br \/>-Supporter techniquement les techniciens terrain, en particulier sur des probl\u00e9matiques de programmation,<br \/>-Enregistrer toutes les modifications de programmation r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par les techniciens terrain,<\/p>\n<p>Profil recherch\u00e9 :<br \/>&#8211; De formation Bac&#43;2 d&#39;une fili\u00e8re technique ou informatique<br \/>&#8211; Connaissances en informatique, t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie, syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9\/s\u00fbret\u00e9 et en \u00e9lectrotechnique.<br \/>&#8211; Organisation, rigueur, et respect des r\u00e8gles<br \/>&#8211; Go\u00fbt pour la relation client, sens du contact et aisance t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique<br \/>&#8211; R\u00e9activit\u00e9<br \/>&#8211; Esprit d&#39;\u00e9quipe<\/p>\n<p>Poste s\u00e9dentaire avec possibilit\u00e9 de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.
