SALARY: £24k per annum

What you'll be doing as Administrator

Proactive management of outstanding job-orders, service and call outs
Extensive customer liaison to resolve queries, providing excellent customer service at all times
Proof reading and production of risk assessment documentation
Daily invoicing of fire consultancy orders
Preparation of reports and weekly KPI information

Working Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week | Mon-Fri | 9am – 5pm | Fully Office Based

What we would like you to bring to the role:

The ideal candidate will have previous demonstrated experience in an administrative or customer service focused role

You will:

Demonstrate a professional attitude and exemplary customer service skills
Possess excellent attention to detail
Be confident in picking up the phone to talk to customers and book in service visits
Have a good level of IT literacy
Have the ability to work independently but also cohesively as part of a team
